David Neradil has been actively investing in real estate over 10 years and has secured and sold millions of dollars worth of property for both himself and his many clients. He and his wife Freda have together purchased investments in four different states and successfully completed a wide rage of transactions including off-the-plan, renovation, value add, discount and no money down deals.

With 15 years experience in management, coaching and training for property, David was instrumental in the growth of Positive Real Estate to it’s leading status to date. David’s unquestionable passion for assisting his customers has ensured an extensive and loyal fan base – all over Australia. His ability to guide clients through roadblocks and provide detailed and highly strategic investing and financial advice has assisted hundreds of customers to create wealth through property. His true passion is to find solutions to his clients challenges in property investing, so they can create passive income through property and fulfill their dreams and true goals in life.

David has been with Positive Real Estate from the company’s beginnings and has been highly instrumental in the training of new staff as the Positive Real Estate National Head Coach for several years. David has supported the company through its phenomenal growth which now comprises of over 50 staff, thousands of clients nationally and a Head Coach for every state in Australia. David recently stepped down from the National Head Coach position to the Head Coach position of  South Australia and the Gold Coast so he can concentrate his entire focus on his clients in these regions.
